CBS is in development of a new pilot about zombies called Babylon Fields. The show will be mildly humorous and is said to be a cross between “‘Ordinary People’ meets ‘Day of the Living Dead.’” You can see pictures of the pilot shoot here.
Everyone loves a good zombie flick, but can the undead survive on the small screen?

Comic Book Resources has your first look at World War Hulk Prologue: World Breaker #1, due out in May from Marvel Comics.
From CBR:
Hulk is coming and no power on Earth can stop him from getting revenge on the Illuminati! What events have led up to the super-human battle-to-end-all-battles? As Hulk’s great stone ship approaches the planet, he prepares for the war on the horizon by reliving past conflicts with Iron Man, The Fantastic Four, Doctor Strange and the Inhumans. This is the perfect jumping-on point for this summer’s super hero-smashing, city-leveling, bone-crushing, Marvel history-making event!
I think this could be a pretty cool story. Hopefully it will wash the bad taste that the lackluster Civil War left in my mouth.

Sony Computer Entertainment America announced today that the original PaRappa the Rapper from 1997 will be hitting the PSP this July. The PSP version will be a port of the original but will contain a few new features such as a four-player rap battle (!) and eight downloadable remixes of the songs from the original game.

Still hasn’t gone down to my sweet spot price of $299 but… the official Tivo site is offering an HD Tivo (series 3) unit with a wireless adapter included for $499. The site says that the offer is only good through 4/30/07 but I’m not sure if it’s refereing to the $499 price or the lower welcome back monthly fees… Either way it’s still a good deal ($300 off from the normal SRP of $799.99) if you’re looking to move into the HD realm.

According to 1pstart the latest Wii Virtual Console titles are as follows:
- Castlevania (500 Wii Points)
- The Legend of the Mystical Ninja (800 Wii Points)
- Shockman (600 Wii Points)
I never really fell in love with the original Castlevania game but I did love the 2nd one and I really liked Legend of the Mystical Ninja. With the ever growing library of classic games I am very much leaning towards picking up a Wii.

PlayStation Universe has three brand-new screenshots of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed. The game looks great and I have been totally pumped about it since I first heard about it since it was debuted back at E3 ‘05. I was even more excited when I heard it will be coming to the XBox 360, which is the system I’ll be playing it on.

The first trailer for Call of Duty 4 hit the interweb today (4/28; the posting date is incorrect). This game breaks tradition from the other titles in the series by going with a modern combat theme rather than a WWII setting. It looks very impressive and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
