CBS is in development of a new pilot about zombies called Babylon Fields. The show will be mildly humorous and is said to be a cross between “‘Ordinary People’ meets ‘Day of the Living Dead.’” You can see pictures of the pilot shoot here.
Everyone loves a good zombie flick, but can the undead survive on the small screen?
CountingDown.com has posted the first picture of Dr. Doom from Fantastic Four 2: Rise of the Silver Surfer. Personally, I think it’s an improvement from the last film. I just hope they make the character as menacing as he ought to be this time around.

I’m not sure if anyone was questioning this, but Jon Favreau has confirmed on the MySpace Iron Man movie group that we will see both the grey and the red and gold armor. He also talks about the recent USA Today picture of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and the teaser trailer.

Let me confirm a few things: The movie will contain both the gray suit and the gold and red. The light you see in the photo on Robert’s chest in the USA Today article is the chest piece glowing through his shirt. He is in captivity and forging the mask of the Mark 1. Both suits have been built practically by Winston Studios and are busily at work as we speak. We are exploring ideas for teaser trailers, though no date has been decided. We are planning to attend San Diego Comicon. Bridges is bald and plays Stane. The movie is on schedule and could not be going better.
Personally, I think the first teaser trailer will be shown at the SDCC, but I have been wrong once before.
Latino Review is reporting to have the first look at the screenplay for the Gears of War movie. It’s only the first third of the film, but it’s pretty detailed. Give it a read and let us know what you think.
I just wanted to add this as a follow-up to my post this morning about the first pic of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark. The first picture of the original Iron Man armor from the upcoming movie was released on April 11, but there wasn’t all that much hype about it. I’m not sure if everyone has seen it yet so here it is for your viewing pleasure. Quite frankly I think it looks damn cool.
The Daily News is reporting that Eric Roberts has been set to play a Mafia Kingpin.
Roberts plays a pretty convincing bad guy in Heroes as Thompson. He has just enough grit about him to pull it off. I think he would be a great addition to the cast of The Dark Knight
The USA Today has posted an article about the new Iron Man movie directed by Jon Favreau. The article shows a nice picture of Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark. He looks the part even better than I thought he would.
